Cheryl Guenther, Office Manager
Cheryl loves people and keeps the office running smoothly. She began working for Dr. Corning as a dental assistant in 1992, and now brings her experience and management skills to the front desk, assisting our patients with competence and compassion. A native Tucsonan, Cheryl enjoys gardening as well as other outdoor pursuits with her husband. She loves to read, travel, and spend time with her family--a son and his wife in Phoenix, and a daughter who is in medical school.
Cathlene Farmer, Registered Dental Hygienist
Cathlene brightens the day with her sunny disposition. She has been part of Dr. Corning’s practice since 1999, when she graduated from Lake SuperiorCollege in Duluth, Minnesota. She cares deeply for her patients, and is excellent at what she does. An avid athlete and runner, Cathlene periodically participates in marathons with her seventy-something-year-old papa. (Talk about good genes!) In between running, riding motorcycles and camping, she takes care of her menagerie of cats and dogs.
Debbie Davis, Registered Dental Hygienist
Patients appreciate Debbie’s experience and obvious concern for their health, comfort and well-being. Debbie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Northern Arizona University in 1995, and joined our team in 2003. She and her husband have two brilliant children and they enjoy camping, boating, and sand-railing as a family; they are also very active in church and school.
Sally Stockton, Dental Assistant
Following years as a Special Education teacher and then raising four delightful children as a full-time Mom, Sally started a new career with Dr. Corning’s office in 2002. She enjoys the wonderful people with whom she associates—her coworkers, as well as the constant stream of fascinating folks who walk through the door each day. At home, life revolves around family, church, and the never-ending battle to harvest produce from the garden before the birds, insects, or furry critters get to it first!
Julie McGill, Dental Assistant
Julie started with Dr. Corning in 1998 and worked here for ten years before taking a brief hiatus to stay home with her two young children. We're glad she's back and can fit us in to her busy schedule, which includes taking college classes, volunteering at her kids' schools, church work, and gardening. She is a native Tucsonan, but has also lived in Washington state.
